ICF International Awarded $4.9 Million Contract from United States Coast Guard

ICF International Contract Supports Strategic Human Capital Efforts



Fairfax, Virginia, February 18, 2010 -

ICF International (NASDAQ:ICFI) has been awarded a contract by the U.S. Coast Guard to provide strategic human capital support services. This contract consists of one base year and four option years, and is valued at $4.9 million including options.

The scope of ICF International's work will fall into three areas: support for human capital planning and recruitment, support for U.S. Coast Guard efforts to develop and retain qualified acquisition personnel; human capital information management support; and analysis of human capital management practices, procedures, and policy guidance. ICF International will address these key areas by supporting the U.S. Coast Guard's development and implementation of a human capital strategic framework and plan that will include a comprehensive, long-range strategic workforce plan. ICF will also facilitate ongoing leadership team meetings to support planning, implementation, and assessment of improvement initiatives, as well as to focus on leadership growth and development through training, leadership assessment, and coaching activities.
