Fairfax, Virginia, May 31, 2011 -

ICF International (NASDAQ:ICFI), a leading provider of consulting services and technology solutions to government and commercial clients, has been selected by Lockheed Martin to continue its support of a Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) support contract.  ICF International will team with Lockheed Martin on the FAA’s National Airspace System Integration Support Contract (NISC) III, which has an estimated value of more than $500 million and a term of four base years and two 3-year option periods. The contract’s total value to ICF is expected to be more than $50 million.

The NISC III contract is broad in scope and will provide critical professional, technical, and planning assistance to a wide range of FAA organizations that support both the existing National Airspace System (NAS), as well as those organizations tasked with the planning, development, and integration of NextGen, the comprehensive overhaul of the NAS to make air travel more convenient and dependable.

“We are very pleased to continue working with our partner Lockheed Martin under NISC III, supporting the FAA in its mission of providing the safest, most efficient aerospace system in the world,” said Lou Pack, senior vice president for ICF International. “We have been part of the NISC Team since the early 1990s under NISC I, and look forward to continued participation.”
