ICF to Continue Support for Residential Energy Efficiency Programs

ICF International (NASDAQ:ICFI), a leading provider of consulting services and technology solutions to government and commercial clients, was recently awarded a one-year contract extension with DTE Energy. The contract has a value of more than $9 million and a term of one year.

Under the extension, ICF will continue to support the utility's residential energy efficiency programs with a full suite of implementation services, including marketing, call center and rebate processing, IT, data tracking and reporting. Specifically, ICF will support the utility's heating and cooling, insulation and windows, home energy analysis and improvements, lighting and appliance and low income programs.

"For more than six years, we have helped our client make energy efficiency readily accessible to its customers and gain maximum benefit from program participation," said Wendy Jaehn, vice president for ICF International. "We are pleased that we have been given the opportunity to continue this good work in the coming year."

"ICF recognizes the current challenges utilities face in meeting energy efficiency goals in an environment of lower avoided energy costs and increasing codes and standards," said David Pickles, senior vice president for ICF International. "We continuously look at long-term solutions for improving design and implementation with more strategic implementation strategies, and use of data analytics, and technology and innovative marketing tools to ensure our clients' programs maintain their cost effectiveness."
