ICF International (NASDAQ:ICFI), a leading provider of professional services and technology-based solutions to government and commercial clients, was recently awarded a new contract to support Wisconsin Focus on Energy. The contract has a value of $9.2 million and a term of three years.

Established in 2001, Focus on Energy is Wisconsin utilities’ statewide energy efficiency and renewable resource program. ICF will serve as the new program implementer for Focus on Energy’s residential retailer lighting and appliance program.

ICF’s ideal combination of strong project management and deep technical expertise, established infrastructure and program implementation processes provide a custom-fit for efficient management of Focus on Energy’s residential retail lighting and appliance program. The firm offers proven innovative techniques and technologies designed to reduce cost and increase customer/retailer value.

"Focus on Energy must now meet the challenge faced by many mature energy efficiency programs—how to continue to drive program participation by attracting, engaging and satisfying its customers, retailers and manufacturers at a lower overall cost," said Wendy Jaehn, vice president for ICF International. "ICF is ready to respond to this challenge with enhanced implementation strategies and program designs that offer additional consumer engagement and product options. We are confident that with ICF’s help, Focus on Energy’s retail program will stand among the most effective, most innovative and most awarded programs in North America."
