ICF Mostra to Provide Communication Services to the Executive Agency for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises and Five Directorates General of the European Commission

ICF (NASDAQ:ICFI), a leading provider of professional services and technology-based solutions to government and commercial clients, was recently awarded a new framework service contract with the European Commission’s (EC) Executive Agency for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (EASME). The contract was awarded to Brussels-based ICF Mostra. It has a maximum value of 26 million euros and a term of 48 months, including a 24-month base period and two 12-month option periods.

ICF Mostra will help EASME as well as the Directorates General (DG) for Climate Action, for Agriculture and Rural Development, for Mobility and Transport, for Energy and for Internal Market, Industry, Entrepreneurship and SMEs (small and medium-sized enterprises) develop and implement communication strategies and activities designed to keep pace with new developments and trends in online and offline communications.

"ICF Mostra’s approach to communications is to view each activity as its own unique opportunity for engagement," said Tobias Schäfer, managing director for ICF Mostra. "In orchestrating each campaign, ICF Mostra combines deep experience in communication strategy development with innovative services and technological advancements to deliver maximum impact in the near-term while supporting wider communication needs based on each client’s specific purpose and objective."

ICF Mostra was also recently awarded EASME’s event management services contract. In combination, these two contracts will allow the firm to provide comprehensive communication and event services to the EC and its DGs to enable them to engage audiences in all European Union (EU) Member States, EU candidate countries and European Free Trade Agreement countries.

"Winning this contract means that not only will we continue to help our long-term EC clients communicate with stakeholders on large and important policy matters, but also leverage for maximum impact the capabilities available through both contracts to increase audience engagement around our clients’ events, trainings and seminars," said Gene Costa, senior vice president for ICF International.

ICF Mostra is a full-service, integrated communications agency with a 25-year history supporting the communications needs of the EC and specifically EASME and its parent Directorates-General. The firm’s proven experience and expertise in campaign development and implementation is demonstrated through its ability to consistently master all challenges concerning the conceptual development, planning and implementation required for all types of communication activities for public institutions.
