ICF Consulting Announces the Promotion of Sean Casey to Vice President

Expert in Facilitation, Team Building , Planning, and Training

WASHINGTON, DC, April 6, 2004 - Sean Casey is now a Vice President of ICF Consulting. He has more than fifteen years of experience in facilitation, team building, planning, and training. Mr. Casey is particularly noted for facilitating successful outcomes of high-profile meetings with diverse agendas. He regularly facilitates important meetings with some of ICF Consulting’s largest federal clients such as the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), and the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT).

Mr. Casey’s extensive facilitation experience across a broad range of engagements enables him to quickly identify critical issues and ask key questions that will help to clarify the requirements of the work assignment and to identify and define clearly the competencies required. Mr. Casey is also recognized as an expert on regulations governing waste management, and for the past ten years had lead ICF Consulting’s regulatory support to Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory in California.

Mr. Casey joined ICF Consulting in 1986. Before coming to ICF Consulting, he worked as Assistant Director of the Institute of Public Policy Studies at the University of Michigan. Mr. Casey has a M.P.P. from the University of Michigan, and a B.A., Political Science, Cum Laude, from Merrimack College. He is a 1977 Harry S. Truman Scholar.
