FAIRFAX, VA, July 25, 2006 – ICF
International announced today that Srikant M. Datar
has been appointed to ICF's
Board of Directors. He is a member of the faculty
of the Harvard Business School and is a recognized
authority on cost management and management control
issues.

outstanding stature in the academic community serve
on the board," says Sudhakar Kesavan, Chief
Executive Officer at ICF. "His far-reaching
experience serving on the boards of very large and
well-known public companies contributes to his deep
understanding of best practices and corporate governance
of financial matters. This knowledge is imperative
to ICF in this period of transformation and growth."
Dr. Datar is currently the Arthur Lowes Dickinson
Professor of Business Administration at Harvard University.
Cited by his students as a dedicated and innovative
teacher, Dr. Datar received the George Leland Bach
Award for Excellence in the Classroom at Carnegie
Mellon University and the Distinguished Teaching
Award at Stanford University. He is a co-author (with
Professors Charles T. Horngren and George Foster)
of the leading cost accounting textbook, Cost
Accounting: A Managerial Emphasis, published
by Prentice-Hall in 2006. A Chartered Accountant,
Dr. Datar holds two master's degrees, and a Ph.D.
from Stanford University.
Dr. Datar also serves on the Board of Directors
of Novartis AG and has worked with many corporations,
including General Motors, Mellon Bank, Morgan Stanley,
Entergy, DuPont, and the Co-operative Bank on consulting
and field-based projects in management accounting
and control.
