ICF International Receives $2.6M in Task Orders under Maryland Procurement Office Contract

Company to Provide Consulting Support to Maryland Procurement Office

Fairfax, Virginia, June 2, 2009 - ICF Incorporated, LLC, a subsidiary of ICF International (NASDAQ:ICFI), announced today that it was awarded the first option period under its Learning Education Training Services (LETS) Training Program contract with the Maryland Procurement Office. The award includes eight task orders totaling $2.6 million. The task orders, which range in duration from one to seven months, all started in early 2009.

Under the LETS contract, ICF’s Center for National Security Research (CNSR) supports the Maryland Procurement Office across nine education and training service areas. These service areas incorporate training development, training evaluation, survey design, survey administration, and a variety of program and faculty evaluation efforts.

“The ICF team brings unparalleled education and training credentials to the LETS Training Program,” said Dr. Brian J. O’Connell, ICF vice president and CNSR director. “Our performance under the first set of task orders has demonstrated our ability to seamlessly manage multiple learning, education, and training activities. We are excited about applying the lessons learned from our current work with the Maryland Procurement Office to these new task orders.”

The CNSR at ICF houses a multidisciplinary group of behavioral science experts that have many years of experience in providing technical consulting services to the U.S. Department of Defense and other federal agencies. These behavioral scientists offer a broad array of services that include organizational development and transformation, program management support, organizational evaluation services, and strategic workforce planning. The center’s goal is the application of cutting-edge behavioral science techniques to mission critical problems for a variety of federal agencies.
