ICF to Provide the Army with Research and Analysis Services Related to Manpower and Personnel Issues

September 2, 2009 - ICF International, (NASDAQ:ICFI), a leading provider of consulting services and technology solutions to government and commercial clients, was recently selected as a prime contractor for a three-year, multiple-award contract, with a ceiling of approximately $60 million, by the Army Research Institute (ARI). Through this new, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) agreement, ICF will conduct research and analyses, attitude and opinion surveys, and studies associated with manpower, personnel, organizational, and leader development in support of the U.S. Army Research Institute.
ICF will provide ARI with a team of nationally recognized military researchers experienced in managing and providing solutions to complex manpower, personnel, leader development, and training challenges. The ICF team includes Army veterans who understand the practical application of research and are familiar with the protocols of conducting research within the Army. Other team members include small business partners with specialized capabilities.
