ICF to Provide Technical Assistance, Partnerships, and Strategic Marketing

January 3, 2007 - ICF International (Nasdaq: ICFI) announced today that it was awarded ENERGY STAR® Market Transformation in Buildings and Facilities, a five-year, over US$20 million contract with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Office of Air and Radiation, Office of Atmospheric Programs, Climate Protection Partnership Division. This is a recompete contract and ICF has been supporting this contract for ten years. Through this voluntary program, EPA partners with organizations (corporations, states and local governments, federal agencies, and academic and non-profit organizations) to reduce greenhouse gas emissions (GHG) through sound energy efficiency investments in buildings and facilities.

ICF will also provide recommendations to EPA for strategic marketing of ENERGY STAR and support the development of tools and resources required to support sound energy management practices and strategic energy efficiency investments.
