ICF Grants Management

Grants Management

ICF International supports businesses and agencies with custom grants management processes and services, including eligibility determination, fulfillment, call centers, and waste and fraud prevention.

ICF’s comprehensive portfolio of grants-management strategies supports the full lifecycle of grants programs. With experience in managing billions in U.S. government grants, ICF has developed streamlined business processes that allow us to:

  • Determine grantee eligibility
  • Perform payment processing on grants
  • Stand up grantor call centers
  • Develop grants fraud prevention practices and processes

We assist businesses and agencies administering grants programs in being more responsive and transparent in their interactions with grantees. ICF helps meet grants accountability standards for agencies, U.S. federal grantees, and more.

We use a disciplined yet flexible program-management model custom tailored to meet grantor needs. ICF leverages proven industry-leading business processes, robust analytics, and comprehensive IT expertise to ensure measurable results in grants management. Our client-centered approach means we can work with legacy systems or create new ones, adapting quickly to changing situations for grantor and grantees.

Featured Resources

Grant Application Development
ICF transforms government statutes, rules, and requirements into user-friendly systems and processes with a focus on preventing waste, fraud, and abuse. Our specialty is custom-built grant programs that serve client-specific needs, not off-the-shelf products that respond in a limited way to fixed requirements.  Every grant management system benefits from our established platform of sophisticated tools and processes and is driven by our client-centered approach.

Grant Administration
ICF offers end-to end process solutions that support the entire grant life-cycle. This starts with determining eligibility for income- and rules-based benefit programs and moves seamlessly into efficiently processing customer applications in accordance with program guidelines.

Reporting and Data Handling
As part of grant administration, ICF offers a number of services to meet reporting and tracking requirements. These services support such tasks as: transforming multiple data sources and formats into useful information and analyses that support public policy initiatives; collecting, distributing, tracking, and reporting on program fund use; developing and maintaining registries and databases; and ensuring program document management and retention.
