To better meet its technical and analytic support
needs to guide program and policy developments, the
U.S. Department of Education (ED) awarded performance-based
Multiple Award Task Order (MATO) contracts to a limited
number of outstanding education research and communications
organizations. MATO can be used by all the principal
offices within the Department and by independent organizations
affiliated with ED. Caliber, which was purchased by ICF International in October 2005, is one of a limited number
of companies selected to provide services in all five
of the designated contract areas.
