The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) has established
a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to meet its needs
for empirically sound, timely survey research and program
evaluation. The Surveys and Research Staff (S&RS)
within the Office of Performance Analysis and Integrity
of the Veteran Benefits Administration (VBA) serves
as the federal point-of-contact for this contract,
which is designed for use by all organizational elements
of the VA. Under this contract, Caliber, which was purchased by ICF International in October 2005, provides the
services below.
